This policy applies to people who interact with the Service: visitors who message the assistant on WhatsApp or other channels, web widget users, and the business customers who configure and operate agents through iAna.

Depending on the channel and interaction, we may process:

• Meta WhatsApp Business Platform data: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the content of the messages you send (text, images, audio, documents) and associated technical metadata (message identifiers, timestamps).
• Web widget and other channel data: message content, an anonymous visitor identifier and the technical browser data needed to maintain the conversation.
• Conversation data: the history of messages exchanged with the assistant, used to provide context and continuity of support.
• Usage and diagnostic data: technical logs to operate, secure and improve the Service.

We do not request or require sensitive data to operate the Service. Please do not share passwords, keys or sensitive information through the chat.

• Operate the AI assistant and answer your queries in real time.
• Provide customer support, log requests and follow up on cases/tickets.
• Maintain conversation context and history.
• Ensure security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues.
• Improve the quality and accuracy of the Service.

When you interact with us on WhatsApp, we receive and process information from the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform solely to provide the Service (to process your message and reply). We handle this data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and this policy: we do not sell it, we do not use it for third-party advertising, nor for purposes incompatible with the support you requested.

We process your data based on your consent —given when you start the conversation with the assistant— and to deliver the support you request, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service, under confidentiality and security obligations:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — message delivery through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• AI model providers (e.g. Google) — to generate the assistant’s responses.
• Cloud infrastructure/hosting providers — to host and operate the Service securely.
• Authorities, where a legal obligation requires it.

Some of our providers process data outside Peru. In those cases we adopt the safeguards required to protect your information under applicable law.

We retain conversation data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, handle follow-up requests and comply with legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it. You may request early deletion (see section 11).

Under Law No. 29733, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (cancellation) and objection over your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to hola@factpro.la stating your request and a detail that identifies you (e.g. the phone number you wrote from). We will respond within the legal timeframes.

To request deletion of your data and your conversation history, send an email to hola@factpro.la with the subject “Data deletion”, indicating the number/identifier you interacted with. We will process the request and delete the associated data, except for any we are required to retain by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control and activity logging) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

The website and chat widget may use local storage or strictly necessary cookies to maintain your conversation session. We do not use these mechanisms for third-party advertising.

The Service is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we become aware of it, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the last updated date.
